Marvin, please ignore yesterday's message! Dinah and Eli are brother and sister, so we are 5th cousins as I said! Their father was Edward who was born or christened on 16.5.1773 or 5 and their mother was Millicent Jeffcoat who was born or christened in c.1782. Edward's father was William who was born or christened on 30.9.1746 and married Elizabeth Frizell on 30.4.1761. Edward was possibly their only child. However, this would make him only 14 when they married unless he was baptised later than infancy, which I have yet to check. He subsequently married again to Sarah Parker on 7.10.1782 and had 10 children, the last in 1801! William's father was Edward who married Mary Cox on 9.9.1734. This was possibly his third marriage. His father was Edward who was born/christened on 14.3.1680 and mother was Sarah Searjeant, they married on 9.12.1703. NB there is a possibility that these two Edwards are one and the same, although his last child was baptised in 1749 which would have made the 'older' Edward 69 at that time. Edward 1680's father was John who married Elizabeth ? in about 1666 (his second marriage. I got almost all this information from Peter Lee at the Nuneaton and North Warwickshire Family History Society. I hope you find it interesting.
