R. Kyle 'Big Daddy' Scott, 78, of Liberty Hill Road South,
Chuckey, Greene Co TN, died early Monday morning,
November 9, 2009, at home.

He was a member of Liberty Hill United Methodist Church.
Mr. Scott was a farmer.

He was the son of the late Othea Scott and Fannie Morelock
Scott; and was preceded indeath his wife, Wanda Parker
Scott; an infant son, Jimmy Scott; and two brothers, O. K.
Scott and O. T. Scott.

Survivors include one son, Buster Scott of the Liberty
Hill Community; five daughters and four sons-in-law, Helen
and Tommy Cox, Judy and John Barbour, Patricia and David
Painter, Nancy and Mike Burns, and Yevette 'Betsy' Scott,
all of Greene Co TN; grandchildren, Jeremy Cox, John Hugh
Barbour, Beverly Barbour, Beth Ann Burns, and Parker Burns;
great grandchildren, Jessica Cox, Isaiah Davis, and Bryson
Davis; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m., and
6 p.m. - 8 p.m., Tuesday, preceding the funeral service.

Funeral services will be held 8 p.m., Tuesday, November 10,
2009, at Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel.

Interment will take place 2 p.m., Wednesday, November 11,
2009, at Liberty Hill Cemetery with Rev. Dwayne Steele,
Rev. Keith Williams, and Rev. James Bowers officiating.
Pallbearers will be Mike McAmis, Derrick Letterman, Cody
Vannoy, Samuel Morelock, Tim McKay, and Gene Johnson.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Bill Reed, Sammy Williams,
Bobby Shanks, Doodle Swatzell, John Gray, Johnny Morelock,
Joe Sanders, Jackie Sanders, and members and friends at
Liberty Hill United Methodist Church, and friends at 93
Market, Michelle Covington, and Staff of Caris Hospice.
Family and friends are asked to meet at 12:30 p.m.,
Wednesday, at Kiser- Rose Hill Funeral Home to go in
procession to the cemetery.
