Melanie....Lillie and Henry Chappell's death certificates are on this site. Also, Louiza J. Morelock's (Tarrant County) who is Lillie's mother.

Using the info from Lillie's Texas Death Certificate, this appears to me to be Lillie and her birth family. Initials sure fit.
