Hi Annette:

I am Wilbert J Morell III (53), my Grandfather Wilbert J. Morell Sr was was born 26 Nov 1900 and had an older brother named Howard. I really don't get to serious with this stuff until lately. My Grandfather's Grandfather (my great great grandfatehr) was named John Morell and he had eight children that lived at birth, I have no idea at this time where they resided in USA, but I am told they lived in various areas of Pennsylvania and along the east coast.

My Grandfather told me he had French in him a couple times, but when you have been in this mongrol country of America so long, who knows. My research of the name as spelled and having been in many European Countries, the spelling of our name appears to have originated from Germany before it expanded to France, Spain, England, USA, and a lot of the Islands off the US South East Coast like PR.

I am the oldest of 10 (6 men and 4 women), and lived in Phila, PA most of my life until 11 years ago when I moved to Slidell, LA. My Grandfather lived in NY for a period of time since that is where he got his social security card from. As youi can see Wilbert J Sr has a pretty good offspring, and we trace him back to John Morell so far.

Hope above is helpful to yah
Bill
