My Grandfather Wilbert J. Morell Sr was born in New York on Nov 26, 1900 and died in 1981. He had one brother named Howard and there family moved to Philadelphia PA well after they were born because of job opportunities. There father, forgot name right now, was the son of John Morell who had eight children. So my Great Great Grandfather went by the name of John Morell. If this rings any bells, let me know.
