Thanks so much for the information! It's true that I'm very "iffy" on geography sites in Pa.; I live in Idaho and haven't been back East there since I was twelve (I should have used a map . . . ).
The confusion started with a mis-print announcing Almira's wedding . . it listed "John Moreland" as giving her hand in marriage, rather than "John Warn of Moreland".
Thank you so much for your time and effort in providing me with the information.
