I am trying to figure out the six Morelands that appear on the NC 1790 census. I thought I had it, but I have different men both as Francis of Orange Co.
These are the Men and who their fathers were, I think.
Orange co: Francis Moreland (s/o John & Dorthy Davis, gs/o Matthew and Ann Wright)
Halifax: Edward Moreland (s/o John & Dorthy Davis, gs/o Matthew and Ann Wright)
Halifax: Barrot Moreland (s/o Edward & Fanny, gs John & Dorothy)
Guilford: William (s/o Thomas, gs Francis & Anne Hubbard)
Lincoln: Francis Moreland
Lincoln: Francis Moreland
