Hi Laura -
I would be more than happy to share what I have on the Hunter-Hollingsworth ancestry via the TAG I have, plus any number of files on the royal and noble ancestry of Richard More. As mentioned, I have researched his ancestry for a number of years and have documented up to 2000 persons in his ancestry, largely from the medieval era. This includes the Battle of Hastings in 1066 and Magna Carta in 1215. And if the great-grand-daughter of Richard More, Susannah Knowlton, is in your ancestry, her 1739 marriage to Josiah Dodge brings another 'gateway' ancestor, Rev. William Skepper, into the ancestry. William was an ancestor of Josiah Dodge. Rev. William Skepper has also been found to have extensive royal and noble ancestry - to some extent, more than Richard More. The royal and noble ancestry of both men is well-documented and I have numerous references to that ancestry on my bookshelf. Much more information than can ever be found in Ancestry sources.
A side project of my study of Richard More's ancestry has been documenting the location in Britain and Ireland where his ancestors were in residence (founders, lords-of-the manor, etc.) and/or were buried. I call this my Ancestral Tour series - separated by England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland. All in narrative format as are my ancestral studies. These are for locations still in existence and many still have tombs or memorials that can be seen. At some time in the futre, I hope to use these studies as a guide to an ancestral tour of those places. As an example of the extent of these studies, my England Ancestral Tour alone totals about 240 pages. Happy to share from these files also.
I have quite a number of surname postings in the Gen Forum, most being the medieval ancestors of Richard More, as well as Rev. Wm. Skepper. More often than not, persons seeing my postings e-mail me directly at email@example.com for copies of my studies of the various ancestral lines of Richard More (and Wm. Skepper), as well as the Hunter-Hollingsworth TAG you seek. These studies all need to be sent as e-mail attachments and cannot be sent via the Gen Forum. So when you are ready to receive my information, just let me know what your personal e-mail address is and I will send the Hunter-Hollingsworth TAG right away. I can also provide a copy of the manifest of the ship 'Blessing', which lists the Hunter and Hollingsworth family names in its 1635 London sailing, and ironically, also that of Richard More, who had been in London on unknown business and returned to Massachusetts on that ship. It may at this time that Richard first became acquainted with Christian Hunter.
So when you want to receive my information, let me know your e-mail address. I will await your response.
