Hello everyone,
I am really new to this, but I have tried everything I can think of and I need help. I am lookng for my biological father John Mark Morales.
I was born in 1982 and am now 24. He went by "Jay" and had a brother named Carlos. Today he would be approximately 44 years old.
When he was 18 he lived in Montebello, LA County, CA. I know that I am half Puerto Rican, but that is as far as it gets.
Please help if you have any information. Thanks.
