Yes, I have a Robert Walker Moorman, bc 1836, in AL who was the son of Charles Hancock Moorman (b1791, d ? in Panola TX) and Sophie McGee. He was the grandson of Charles Moorman (1740-1804)and Nancy Hancock (1762-1847).
Charles Moorman was the son of Thomas Moorman (1705-1766) and Rachael Clark (1714-1792) and Thomas was the son of Charles Moorman (1684-1756) and Elizabeth Reynolds. This early Charles Moorman would be link to the James Moorman who was born in OH c1806. Not a close relationship!
