MOORES, HON. ISAAC R., deceased, father of John H., and grandfather of Charles B. and A. N., was a native of Kentucky. He served in the Seminole, Black Hawk and Mexican wars. In 1852 he came and was a member of the constitutional convention. He became a Republican and was nominated for the state senate in 1860. He attended the state conventions and was a member of the state central committee.
