I have a possible connection to the Moores of Northwich which I've just discovered. Sarah Moores was b. 1833 and married John Burgess in Northwich c.1857. Their children Joseph and Thomas were born in Northwich 1858 and 1860. They had many other children and eventually moved to Bolton. I'm trying to find out more about these connections - my father always said his family were descended from Moore/Moores - but only in the last month have I found anything possible.
