William James Moores, 20th Regt. Texas Calvary,CSA

I am seeking to identify the family of Wm.J. Moores who served in the aforementioned unit of Texas Calcary during the Civil War. Mr. Moores was born 1-29-1844 in Dallas county Texas and died 3-6-1923 in in Whitney in Hill County Texas. His son in law H.C. Cook of Aquilla Texas handled the arrangements of his funeral. Mr Moores was a Farmer.

I have in my possession a copy of this mans pension file and would like to place his name in the extensive Moores family tree I am compiling if appropriate. Thanks DLM
