Moore poem - where can I find it?

The following info was posted here in 2003, and I've seen it on another genealogy web site as well. 'Andrew came and settled in Poquonock , near Windsor, CT abt 1670. He recieved his land grant in 1671 . See Moore story. From a poem written about the Moores, they originally came from Kildare, Irland possibly then to Scotland and then to England. See write up " Genealogical History of Connecticutt", by William Richard Cutter.'
Does anyone have a copy of that poem? I checked the online Genealogical History of Connecticut, but didn't find it there.
