Monica- I am not related to this family as far as I know but thought I would try to help if I could. In the 1860 Census for Emanuel Co., GA there is only two Moore girls age 1. One is a Sarah Eliz. and the other is Dicy. I can't see any way to make Virginia or Ginny our of Sarah Eliz. but Dicy could well be a nickname. The other thing leaning toward Dicy is the fact that two Boatwright families live a few Households away. I will show the families below. In the 1870 Census, Dicy is no longer living with a Moore family but instead is living with family of Richard Summers in HH 88. The Reuben Boatwright family (to which Isaac belongs in HH 94. My guess is that this Dicy is Virginia. There are no other Moores living in close proximity to Households 88 & 94 in 1870.
I also suspect that the Matilda that is in the Summers HH in 1870 is the Matilda Moore in the 1860 Census and is Dicy's mother. Wm. Moore could either be Matilda's husband or father due to age differences.
Either Dicy is Vriginia or Virginia's parent moved from Emanuel co. after she was born in 1859 and before the 1870 Cenus. Due to the proxikity to Isaac Boatwright I would certsinly lean to Dicy.
