John Rayford Moore, 73, of Scottsboro, Alabama passed away Sunday, May 22, 2005 at his residence.
Funeral services was held Tuesday, May 24 at Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Pinehaven Memorial Gardens, Hollywood, Alabama.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Precise Moore of Scottsboro; sister, Pansy Irene Mashburn of Bridgeport; two brothers, David Woodrow Moore of Trenton, Ga. and John Hubert Moore of Stevenson.
Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his parents, John F. and Mindy Moore; three sisters, Maggie Wooten, Pearleen Owens and Ruby Henson; and a brother, Leroy Moore.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.
