Unfortunately there are just too many "common" names to lock in on your William in Georgia. Since you only have the sibling names (again, not uncommon names) and no matching dates we can't use that for a reference.
Probably your best bet to start the parental search is to get a copy of his death certificate and hope they are listed. It would at least help the search.
