Dear Pat I was scrolling through the Mooney family sites and came across yours. I notice that one of the names you mentioned was "Nancy Mooney". My gr. gr. grandmother was Nancy Mooney (also known as Agnes and Ann) who migrated to Sydney, Australia around 1860. Her shipping records state that her father was Andrew, who was in the USA, and her mother was Rachel (deceased). I think they lived in Portadown in Ulster. I know it's probably a long shot, but this lady has been driving me mad. From her records out here in Sydney, she managed to drive everyone else mad too when she was alive, abandoning her children and spending a number of years in and out of jail. Such an interesting character, but she managed to cover her tracks very well. I look forward to hearing back from you. Kind regards Coral Slattery Sydney, Australia Notify Administrator about this message?
