You certainly have more details on his family than I have, but here are a few notes I have on him. Any idea who his first wife (d. 1900) was?

Minnie Jackson was B.F. Moon's second wife:

We regret to note the death of Mrs. Moon, wife of Rev. B. F. Moon of Canton, who is a brother of L. M. Moon of this county. She died Monday night.

Benjamin F. Moon was a Baptist minister who appears to have served in many different communities.
