I have a WILLIAM MOODY who married MARY ANN SHIRRAH on 11th May 1849 in Derramore Church, Limavady. He was a carter and was living at Balteagh Glebe. His father was JACOB MOODY, a farmer. Her father was John Sherrah, a farmer. Witnesses were John Sherrah and Samuel Wallac(?). She signs her name as Maryon Sherra and her father signs as John Sherra - no 'h'.

I have an entry from the Dublin Gazette Tues May 23 1837.
Petition of Insolvent Debtors to be heard at Londonderry Wed June 7 1837. Jacob Moody, late of Balteagh Glebe, farmer.

Jacob also shows up in the Tithe Applotment for Balteagh as holding 4 acres.
