Found this in the IGI records from the OPR's -
Batch # M110322-
Abram MOODIE b.c1705 perhaps
married Lilias ALLAN on Jan. 2, 1729 at Walls and Flotta, Orkney, Scotland.
Did by any chance they have a son named ALLAN MOODIE??
From Batch - M110172 there was also an Abram MOODIE who married a Cicilia HALCRO in 1744 Firth and Stenness, Orkney, Scotland
In July 1627 an Allane MUDIE married a Bessie KEIR [Kerr/Karr/CARR?] in Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland.
Also found an Alexander MOODIE who married a Christian ALLAN in Glasgow, Scotland in Sept. 1730....did they name a son Allan MOODIE??
Andrew MOODIE married Beatrix ALLAUNE [sic? Allan} in June of 1695 at NEWTON, Midlothian, Scotland
