Hello All:
Robert O. Blea here with another Montoya branch of my family
tree.
My paternal grandfather,Manuel Blea,is son of Bernabe'Blea and Rebecca Chavez.
Great-grandmother,Rebecca,was daughter of Jesus Florentino Chavez and Maria Refugio Mora.
Maria Refugio Mora was daughter of Nicolas(aka Aiolos/Nicola)Mora and Rosalia Zamora.
Jesus Florentino Chavez(born about 1825)was son of Pedro Ascencio Chavez and Maria Altagracia Nieto.
Pedro Ascencio Chavez was son of Juan Bautista Chavez and Maria Guadalupe Montoya.
Maria Altagracia Nieto was daughter of Miguel de la Cruz Nieto and Maria Dolores Salazar.
I'm sorry,but I don't have any information pertaining to the
birthdates nor birthplaces of any of these people.
All I know is that Great-great-grandparents,Jesus Florentino
Chavez and Maria Refugio Mora lived in Plazitas-Bernalillo County,New Mexico at the time of the 1900 census.They lived in Old Albuquerque at the time of the 1910 census.At the time of the 1920 census Maria Refugio Chavez is shown to be a widow and now living in Peralta-Valencia County,New Mexico.
Jesus Florentino Chavez married first to Maria Isabella Lopez in Santa Fe,New Mexico on 20-September,1857.After becoming widowed of Maria Isabella Lopez,Jesus Florentino Chavez remarried to Maria Refugio Mora on 9-July,1883 in Las
Huertas at Our Lady of Sorrows Cathloic Church in Bernalillo
New Mexico.Subsequently,my great-grandmother,Rebecca Chavez,
was born on 23-August,1884.
