Some Montgomerys of Fleming County, Kentucky

I am trying to establish a migration pattern for a few
Montgomery settlers, and how they came to be in Kentucky.

In the Old Kentucky Patents are found 3 Patents for
John, William, and Alexander Montgomery for land located
on the waters of Fleming in Fleming County, Kentucky.

The Patent #3294 for John Montgomery was dated for 10 July 1790, for 1000 acres by virtue of a Treasury Warrant #8899 dated 13 November 1781, land entry record was made 13 February 1783.
This John would need to have been born before 1760.

The Patent #3295 for William Montgomery was dated for 5 Sept. 1798, for 463-1/2 acres, on Fleming a branch of Licking. by virtue of a Treasury Warrant #11637, land entry was made 13 February 1783. Treasury Warrant #11637 was assigned over to William Montgomery 6 July 1782 by John Morris.
This William would need to have been born before 1761.

The Patent #3296 for Alexander Montgomery was dated for 5 Sept. 1798, by virtue of a Treasury Warrant #10946, dated 12 Feb. 1783, for 1000 acres located in Fleming County on Fleming Creek, and on the west tract of a 1000 acre of John Montgomerie.
This Alexander would need to have been born before 1762.

Can anyone help with these Montgomery families?
Where did they come from?
Who were their wives, children and parents?

Anything will help.
