Is there any information out there that tells which
William Montgomery was the Delegate at the convention
at Danville in 1787 who was from Lincoln County?
was he Col. William(Black Billy)Montgomery the son
of William Montgomery who died in March 1780? or
William Montgomery the son of Alexander Montgomery
who died north of the Ohio River in 1778??
