Should be Milos = Mike, Michael diminutive of Miloslav mil=favor slav=glory
Milosava = no direct translation... sava is from St Sava 12th century archbishop of Serbia. May be from a Greek word which comes from Hewbrew sava, meaning old man.
Yavro would be Javro, maybe derived from Javor meaning "maple tree" Javor is a surname and given name found in the region.
