The only one I find that matches the birthdate you gave, was an Albert Richard Parks, listed on the 1917/18 Draft Cards, however he was born in Maryland, not Montana.His parents, were William and Laura ( ) Parks. His first wife was Bertha M., they had two children in 1920, Leroy 4, and Albert Jr, 2; He was remarried in 1930 to Eva , and was a veteran of WWI. If any of this fits, I can look further.
