Hi Peter,

Thanks for taking the time to reply to my inquiry.

You beat me to responding but you are correct that Michael Montague was married to Mary and was the father of the four Montague sisters that I am seeking information on.

I've been able to find census entries for the family in both 1870 and 1880 and it appears that Michael passed away in between that time period.

I also found an 1850 census record for Michael Montague who was listed as 21 y/o and a Baker by profession. I believe this to be the same Michael Montague who later fathered the family I am researching.

Unfortunately, for me, it seems that none of the four Montague sisters ever married so I don't know that there are any direct relatives to be found.

Just the same, if anyone has any more information on these four sisters (Elizabeth, Julia, Susan and Mary B.) or their brothers (William, Charles or Joseph) I would be very interested to hear about it.

Thanks,

Scott
