James Monroe born about 1825 in Virginia who married Permila (?, possibly MILLER) who was born between 1830 and 1832. Their children were:

Mary Ann b. ~1863 m. Madison HUTCHINSON
James, Jr. b. ~1865
Charles b. ~1868
Lillie b. ~1870
Eva b. ~1875
Della b. ~1877 m. -?- PERKINS
Abraham b. ~1879
I have census information for 1870, 1880 and 1900 (remaining years for Mary and Madison and their family as well as 1920 for Whitfield). I also have a death certificate for the elder James.
