We are trying to find information on Robert Francis Monroe born 5/29/1914. We think His father was Henry Ruthford Monroe born 4/2/1884, Mother Evelyn Monroe born4/4/1886,Sister Charlotte Monroe born 7/16/1908.They lived in Jersey City, in the early 1900's. In the 1950's we think Robert(Bob) worked with a carival in the midwest.We would like to here any info you have. THANK YOU!
