Glenda,

Searching thois forum out of interest in connections to the BREWER family. I do not know if this helps. The Brewer and Mounger families attended the Long Branch Creek Baptist Church in Warren COunty GA in the early 1790's. The Mounger referenced is Sampson Mounger. He dissapeared from the area in the late 1790's and likely ended up in Washington County MS Territory. Several Brewers ended up in this same area at the same time including a Geoge Brewer Sr and Jr and a John Brewer. To many names similarities to be a coincendence. I have seen where some of the Brewers ended up in TX also.
