Hello. I see that some folks were working on this, has any ever seen a record of Mathilde (Domithilde) Monette? She was married to Francois Laroche, and has many children listed in the registers for St. Joseph's, Mooers NY and St. Mary's, Champlain NY. I strongly suspect, based on names of godparents of their children, that she is a daughter of Francois Monette and Marguerite Doucette (Hilaire or Eli, Sophie and Julienne), but I cannot find any record of her birth. She may have been named Mathilde Louise, or Louise Mathilde, as Louise is the name given in some census records.
Francis Laroche and Mathilde had a daughter Sophie who married Andrew Miseck (Foucrea). I am looking for birth and marriage info for Francis Laroche and Mathilde Monette, as well as Sophie Laroche and Andrew Mesick.
