Monday/Munday families of Jackson & Smith Co. TN

I am looking for information on the family of John G. Monday or Munday. He was enumerated in the 1820 and 1830 census for Jackson Co. TN. The census establishes that he was born during 1790-1794. He may have died after 1830, although I have not yet found any probate records.

Am also looking for information on the family of Martha (nickname "Patsy") Munday who appeared in the 1840 and 1850 census for Smith Co., TN. She was b. 1801 and probably had sons William Munday (b. 1820 - d. Smith Co. 1859, wife's name was Jemimah) and Larkin Munday (b. 1824, d. after 1880, Smith Co., wife Nancy). Patsy may also have had a daughter Harriet Munday, my ancestor, who m. Esom Logan Burke in Wilson Co., TN in 1859. Harriet was listed with Martha/Patsy Munday in the 1850 census but NOT in the 1840 census.

The Smith County Mundays may have been related to a Peyton family.

If anyone can shed any light on this family I would be grateful! Harriet Munday has been a brick wall for quite some time.
