hi, an old wooden chest came into my possetion a couple of years ago. Its huge (about 4 foot wide), with iron bindings all over it, an old key lock on the front and 4 old wax seals, and on the top of it is a brass plate engraved with the words 'Moncreiff of culfargie'. Iv been told that it looks like an old stage coach chest. just wondering if anyone knows anything about the history of it, or which culfargie it could have belonged to.
