Hi.. My name is Crystal.
There are a lot of people in my family that I have never met.
I do know this... My grandfather's parents were Alexander and Dorthy Monaco. (Dorthy I believe was actually born in Germany). They came to the US from Abruzzo Italy.
They left Italy prior to 1930, arriving in Italy where they gave birth to my Grandfather, Edward Roy Monaco in Bronx, New York.
I have tried many times over to find out information on our family, and I don't know why, but my grandfather was always very close mouthed about his family, only telling me that if the last name is Monaco, you can bet we're related in some way.
My Grandfather has recently passed along with any hope of getting him to tell me more... so now, it's up to me to fill in the missing pieces.

I will come back and fill in more pieces as I can.. but if these people sound familiar... please contact me.

Thank you,
Crystal (Monaco)Gwinn
