I'm a descendant of that line. My mother's grandmother was a Woodward. The Woodwards came over to America in 1635. They were nonconformists of the Church of England and came over disguised as Puritans. Henry Dorchester Woodward was the ship's physician. He married Elizabeth Mather, sister to the Reverend Richard Mather. They settled in what is now Boston. There's a huge Mather genealogy associated with this, too. Henry is my 9x great grandfather. Jane Molyneaux is my 12x great grandmother. I have (so far) collected eight volumes (3" 3-ring binders) worth of Woodward relatives and am currently working on it still. Also, the Molyneaux line is descended from royalty so there's tons of information there.

Victoria
