Margaretta, England, mentioned in Pasq. NC will;1726
I am not researching these people, just entering information from "Pasquotank County, North Carolina Record of Deeds, 1700-1751" by Gwen Boyer Bjorkman.
There are several long entries concerning a "Barbara Danson of the Parish of St. Andrew Holbourn, London, spinster, who left land to Margaretta Mollison & Daniel Dolley. The land was on "the Neck of Land on the N.E. side of Pasquotank River in North Carolina, and contained 3,600 acres. It also mentions four baronys in NC containing 48,000 acres to be taken up by Daniel Oliver and William West of Boston in New England.
In a paper dated 1729, Margaret Mollison is listed "of the Parish of St. Bottulph Aldersgate Street London, Spinster.
