Hello Shireen,
I just today found your message on Genealogy.com. I've been working on my Mollenhour's since the late 1970's. I wonder if we could be related?
My 4th great grandfather was Ernst Mollenhour who married Peggy (Margaret) Spengler 1804 in Berks Co., PA. Ernst was the immigrant ancestor probably coming over from Prussia or Germany - still working on that puzzle. Anyway they had 4 children: Frederick, John, Henry and Luzetta. They settled in Fairfield and then Hocking Co., Ohio. Moved around a bit since Luzetta was born in Allen Co., Ohio. Frederick moved to Indiana, Henry lived and died in Allen Co., OH. John & Luzetta briefly lived in Allen Co., before heading west.
I'd be interested in knowing if we are related. Have loads of info I'd love to share.
