I have come across a William Habel in the 1930 Baltimore census with named offspring Julia (29), Gertrude(25) and R. John (2-1/2), but no mention of spouse. Could Justina have been deceased by 1930?
Joseph Donald Habel 1926-1987 was my father-in-law and owned a large sporting goods store in Annapolis. His first marriage was to Iolene Ines Coombs, second marriage to Shirley Hans. Joseph was a WWII veteran and is buried in the national cemetary in Crownsville, MD.
