ROBERT A. MOISAN PLANO, TX - Robert A. Moisan, 67, of Plano, TX, passed away due to a brain tumor on Jan. 29, 2011 in Tucson, Ariz. Born in Burlington on Oct. 4, 1943, Robert graduated from Rice Memorial High School in 1961. He served in the U.S. Navy from 19631969, last serving on the nuclear submarine, James K. Polk. He previously worked for AGFA for 23 years in Georgia and Texas, eventually opening his own business in Plano, TX. Robert is survived by his sister, Claire Conway of Tucson, Ariz.; sisters-in-law, Judy Moisan of Burlington and Terry Moisan of Williston; a dear niece, Kristine Lamore of Grand Isle; and many other very special nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, Armand and Josephine; and his brothers, Barton and Francis Moisan. A graveside service will be held at Resurrection Park Cemetery, 200 Hinesburg Rd., South Burlington sometime in May.
