I am trying to find any ancestors of the Mohan family that I might have. Thomas Mohan lived in Eldon Street in Sunderland, County Durham as it was known then, England in the late 1800's. He was married to A. Mohan who I think is Alice and they had a daughter born in 1890 called Elizabeth. She married my grandfather Edward Lawson in 1920 and had my mother. Elizabeth died in December 1920 after giving birth to my mum who was also called Elizabeth. There appears to have been no more contact with the Mohans and my mother was brought up by my grandfather and byy his wife who he married a year later and who brought my mum up as their own. Somewhere out there are relatives and I would really like to trace them.
I would be grateful for any help.
