Looking for researchers of the MODLIN line descended from Mark Modlin and son Benjamin Modlin. Benjamin was born NC 1811, moved to Washington Co. IN, then to Clay Co. IL. Married Mary Chase Child 1831 IN. Of their 10 children, nine moved to IL in 1850 and settled in Xenia. I am descended from Henrietta Clark Modlin, b 1844, married 1866 to Samuel A. Kennedy. There were several Modlin/Kennedy marriages, as well as Modlin/Songer marriages. Will share info with other researchers.
