Origin of the surname, Moberly

It is my understanding that the name Moberly comes from the village of Moberly, England. But what did it mean?

The suffix, "ley," meant meadow or grassy area, (i.e., "Stanley" means "Stone Meadow," etc.) So, what did "Mob" or "Mobe" mean?"

Any ideas would be welcome.
