Hello Virginia,

For years I've been searching for some information of a brother of John Spillman who together came to the US from Prussia about 1820 or shortly before.

They landed in the Carolina's and separated. John Spillman came to Louisiana but we have no idea of the brother's name or where he went. Would your oldest Spillman in this cemetery be him, maybe? He would have been born close to 1800.

BTW we also have a Spillman Cemetery here but sadly my John is not buried in it. He is in an unmarked grave on his former home place.

This is a shot in the dark. Any help appreciated.

Thanks,
Helen Spillman Miller
