Yes, that does help. WOuld you please give me the list of persons in his household in the 1870 census and the township if possible. His first wife had died by then and I believe this wife was named Melvina and had children from another marriage; last names Wilson. The Bohannans are included in the Davis family (Mary Davis married Jesse Brake)via the O'Dell families. If you are interested in that, I would be glad to share. I have been to the O'Dell cemetery near Denison, TX and have several names.
