Judy,I own copies of marriage records(there are two books)for Wright County put out by the Wright County Historical Society from years 1900-1920.If you are looking for earlier records Gloria Bogart Carter put out a book of early Wright County marriages(I can't remeber the exact dates{sorry})but her phone number is 417-869-7060.(She puts it on all her books and she is a joy to talk to.)If you are local you can go to the courthouse in Hartville and go to Joe Chadwell's office(Recorder). They have HUGE volumes dating back into the 1800's(again I can't remeber exact dates) but they don't care a bit if you spend the afternoon(or morning) going through them(the volumes are indexed, too!).They even offer help if you need it.(They've had to help me more than once!)If you are not local you may try giving them a call.I don't have the number but it shouldn't be too hard to find.Wright County Recorder's Office?Hope this helps!Traci Bohannon.
