Owings Waro of 1812 Pension and land grant Wright, Co. Missouri

Does anyone on this list have access to any material that gives the names of the war of 1812 soldiers. I am Looking for information on William P. Owings whose wife received a pension.
The information I have is as follows. 7877 Salinda OWings , Hartville ( POst, Office) cause for pension was Widow. monthly amount $8.00 original date. Aug 1878. She is on the 1883 Pension Roll for Wright Co. Missouri. I have tried to find records of a land grant which he is suppose to have reaceived. Military LAnd Grants, War of 1812, Missouri but the BLM site is down. I would appreciate any help with this family. Thanks you, Barb Valcourt@dfn.com
