Are you aware of the Stever family history book by Rev. Frank Stever? At least part of it is posted online at:
crhailey.tripod.com/steverhist/steverbk.html. I believe a copy of the book is in the Webster Co. Library at Marshfield, MO. I'm told that Rev. Frank Stever is still living & in Odessa, MO. Wollard Cemetery is in Dallas, Co, NE of Charity, MO, east of the Niangua River & north of Hwy. M, if I'm not mistaken.
