Was there an 1890 Wayne County Census?

I need to find the Wayne County census for 1890. All I can find is the veterans enumeration.

If there is an 1890 census other than just veterans, could someone do a lookup for me? I need to find a woman named Arty Jackson. She was born about 1861. The 1900 census lists her as a widow. Her daughter Kate was born in 1885 and her son Clarence in 1894. In the 1900 census Clarence's father is dead (I do not know his name).

If the 1890 census exists, and someone could do a quick lookup for me, could someone try to find Arty (Artie) Jackson, her daughter Kate and her husband (I assume she has one, since the 1900 census lists her as a widow).

Thanks. I've been stuck on this one for a while.
