Valentine Cook born 1780-1790 m: Isabella Frazer May 1820. Children: David A., Angeline (m: Pleasant S. Johnson), Martha J., John F., James A., and Sarah Margaret (m: Leo LeClere -- my gg-grandparents). They lived in Liberty Township.

I am searching for info on Valentine's parents/birthplace and death/burial -- he is my brick wall. I know the approximate year he was born (based on 1830 census) and (see Esther's census info) he died before 1850.

Does this info help or confuse? Would love to compare Cooks of the area. Because so many of the early settlers in the area followed one another from other parts of the country, I believe that even if they are not all related, they be connected somehow.
