Need help identifying a building, possible hospital

I'm looking for help identifying a building in the back of an old photo, taken before 1938. It may have been a hospital, asylum or something similar. The people who are in the photo died in Vernon county so chances that it might be there are greater. However, the lady who gave me the photo said that it might be somewhere in Kansas.
